User Experience Design Master

The Master’s in User Experience Design (UXDM) is an interdisciplinary program combining Computer Science, Design, and Usability Research, preparing us students to create cutting-edge interactive products. The program equips us with skills in human-computer interaction, prototyping, knowledge about multi modality and AI. We are from various different cultures and backgrounds, it is an english language program.

Culture

A significant part of my Master’s program has been learning how culture shapes both design needs and team dynamics.

Working in intercultural & interdisciplinary teams has highlighted the unique work methods and approaches that emerge from different backgrounds.
From prioritization of tasks, communication to cultural interpretation these experiences have broadened my perspective on collaboration and problem-solving.

Courses

My Master’s program is deepening my skills and interest in multimodal design and AI. Courses like Multi-Modal Interactive Systems and The Impact of AI on Human Psychology evolved my work process when creating intuitive, user-centered interactions across various inputs.
While classes in Agile Project Management and Design Strategy sharpened my strategic thinking, making my designs both more flexible & forward-thinking, working on AR/VR and Natural User Interface projects expands my approach to immersive tech.

Here are some examples for project work I completed within my courses:

Learning

Almost every day, I’m reminded of how vast & ever-evolving the field of UX design really is. This constant growth means there’s always more to learn and explore, and it’s important to stay curious. By keeping that curiosity alive, I’m better equipped to continually improve my work and ultimately create more valuable experiences for users.
